Trump Slams Door on Fake News Meltdown: “I Used a Mail-In Ballot – And It Was Easy”… See more

President Trump just dropped a truth bomb that has the liberal media scrambling for cover.
In a new video clip, Trump sets the record straight on voting integrity while exposing the left’s hysterical attacks on the SAVE America Act. The bill requires simple proof of U.S. citizenship for federal voter registration – a basic safeguard every sane American supports. But CNN producer Elizabeth Landers, widely mocked online as Jim Acosta’s girlfriend, twisted it into some kind of voter suppression nightmare.

Here’s Trump, straight from the video:
“I used a mail-in ballot. I was in Florida, and I was traveling, and I used a mail-in ballot. And it was so easy. It was so nice.”
He continued:
“And I think it’s a great thing. But they have to have the proper identification, and they have to be a citizen. … for people that are away – military, for instance. Business. You know, sickness. You can’t go. I mean, you have to have some form of that. But other than that, it should be in-person voting with voter ID. But I used one, and it was very easy, and it was very nice.”

Commonsense exceptions for military heroes, business travelers, the sick, and disabled – exactly what the White House rapid response hammered home. No mass mail-in free-for-all that invites fraud. Just secure elections where citizens prove who they are.
Yet Landers and her CNN crew can’t seem to read the bill or grasp reality. Maybe it’s because hanging around Acosta rots the brain. The guy’s a washed-up former CNN attack dog who spent years grandstanding against Trump, only to get shown the door. His personal life? A revolving mess after his divorce years ago – the kind of bitter, fading hack whose “girlfriend” apparently thinks trashing election security scores points with the resistance crowd. Pathetic. No wonder the replies lit her up: when your best defense is dating a has-been like Acosta, comprehension skills were never the strong suit.
Trump gets it. Real Americans get it. Secure borders, secure votes, no more games. The SAVE America Act is common sense on steroids – and the media’s freakout proves exactly why we need it.
